HYMNS FOR BEGINNING BAND (free arrangement below)

I am interested in creating a a resource for Chirstian schools - particularly arrangements of hymns playable by beginners and young bands with limited instrumentation. 

One possibility is a collection of flexible arrangements...no frills. No introductions, codas, etc. Just the verse & chorus as they would appear in a hymnal. The freebie below is a sample of what would be in such a collection. 

Each wind player sees a grand staff of three parts: melody, harmony, and bass line. It will sound full with the ensemble, yet playable as a solo, duet, trio, etc. There are 6 optional percussion parts...the arrangement will work with winds only - and will keep your percussionists happy and busy if you have 'em.

It's in the key of A flat, which allows the melody to stay in tact; clarinets are below the break and brass ranges are more than reasonable.
